Challenge

We were tasked with creating a sales-driving campaign that would make a difference and command the audience’s attention.

Solution

In order to drive footfall and sales throughout a typically quiet retail period, as well as to attract shoppers away from competing destinations and shopping online, we initiated the special promotional programme WhitGIFT Days. The Whitgift Centre offered shoppers an irresistible 20% discount on their entire shop during special WhitGIFT Days. Sales relating to the campaign totalled £174,253.05. The centre’s average transaction value of £25.60 increased to £109.87 during the promotion, for an increase of +329.2%.
