Challenge

A community scheme in new hands was in need of development.

 

Solution

Thanks to a series of community-focussed events and campaigns, the Weston Favell Shopping Centre has seen an increase in footfall and event participation, as well as increases in sales figures, frequency of visits and levels of social media engagement. Each event and campaign has been carefully planned and delivered to ensure regular shoppers from the core catchment continue to shop at the centre during a period of development. Research findings from 2014 demonstrate an impressive NPS jump from -7 to +11.
