With more than 20 years’ expertise in engaging real estate users in the changing ways they live, work, shop and play, Michelle is a leading expert, innovator and influencer in the proptech arena. She spent her early career in retail real estate in South Africa, voted Cape Times Business Person of the Year, before setting up her innovation agency in the UK in 2000.  Since then she has been providing visionary strategic insight and advice, innovative marketing services and leading technology solutions to real estate across Europe, and now the USA.  The company is working in 22 countries with 300 retail, office and mixed-use locations. Managing Director - Mallcomm

David is responsible for digital marketing strategy and implementation across all Toolbox Group businesses. In his work, he relies on a broad range of both mainstream and fringe technology solutions for every business environment. David truly is ahead of the curve in terms of innovative content and experience, time and again proving that he comes up with solutions to challenges other’s haven’t even acknowledged yet. What makes David different from other digital marketing specialists is his deep understanding of the customer journey and his unique approach to analysing data in ways that ensure your customers are influenced at every touchpoint.

Chloe is responsible for the day-to-day workflow of our solutions to ongoing client challenges. Chloe knows everything that is happening in each UK and European account.  Chloe understands the importance of delivering omni-channel marketing for the consumer, but also what is required for owners, asset managers and landlords. Having started as an Account Executive 8 years ago, Chloe has worked in every aspect of the shopping centre marketing mix and therefore has a detailed understanding of what is required.

EMEA Head of Client Success

Marshall leads the Account Management team and is responsible for product project implementation and the delivery of customer success across the 22 countries where Mallcomm has customers located. He is a dynamic team Lead and certified project manager with a passion for developing client and supplier facing relationships.

Randall McKillop
Randall McKillop
Managing Director - Americas

Heading up the North America team and based in Los Angeles, Randall has an extensive background in technology and retail. He was previously senior vice president of technology, products and services at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. His extensive territory and technology expertise is the perfect match for Mallcomm and has led to a trajectory of rapid expansion in the Americas set to continue in 2020 as he integrates the physical and digital worlds of clients. Group Operations Director

Colin is responsible for the group’s operational, legislative and financial strategy. Colin’s expertise lies in retail management and system integration. Over the course of his career, he’s held senior positions in several top-flight EMEA blue-chip organisations.

David James
David James
Group Head of Finance

David is a solutions-driven chartered professional with a particular career focus on audit provision. Having lived and worked extensively across Europe and based in the UK and Poland his command of languages and European working practice has been particularly advantageous in helping to cement the expansion of Toolbox Group across Europe.
