We were tasked with making the most of a limited budget whilst driving visitor experience and enhancing community engagement.



Working with local entrepreneurs and small businesses, we maximised on the centre’s budget and assets to run Enterprise Essex, an enterprise market held over three weekends spread over three months – and we managed to fill 94% of the trading space. Enterprise Essex was an unprecedented success at attracting shoppers from the core and secondary catchments to Culver Square by giving them an irresistible reason to visit. And as a testament to the positive impact our scheme had on the B2B opportunities for our client, one of the local entrepreneurs now has an ongoing commercial contract with the centre, bringing a new offer on permanent basis.
