In October 2014 the Nicholson Centre hired us to raise occupancy in vacant units in order to maximise non-core income whilst driving shopper experience and footfall.


Toolbox reversed a -33% YOY monthly income to +33% within five months of taking over commercialisation at the Nicholson Centre. To achieve this, our team of dedicated experts applied years of experience in commercialisation and plenty of out-of-the-box creativity to source and efficiently manage a variety of traders. Our aim was to stimulate and engage customers with experiences that befit and enhance the high standards that define the Nicholson Centre brand.
