As the biggest factory outlet centre in Hungary, Premier Outlet Center was failing to realise its potential with declining footfall and sales.
Central to our strategy was a market segmentation based on insight gained from extensive market research to determine a realistic short- to medium-term target customer. Communications were planned tactically to optimise relevance for this new audience and combined with a new creative style to highlight both the offer and the FOC concept in a clear, distinctive and effective way.
